The Flame Tree Arts Festival is FREE, non-ticketed, and open to the public, and will be located outdoors at Garapan Fishing Base (Garapan, Saipan).
NOTE: The full-length version of the show will be performed on April 24th. While the first half-only will be performed on April 26th, and the second half-only will be performed on April 27th.
